Dr. Adeyinka Adewale is a management scholar, consultant, business coach and social innovator. He is the founder of the Africa Social Innovators Network and is also the CEO of Thrace Advisory, a service firm committed to making social and economic impact through research, advisory, coaching and training. Adeyinka holds a doctorate degree in Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour from the Henley Business School, United Kingdom where he is also currently a lecturer and the deputy director of studies in the department of Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour. He is a published author and reviewer for reputable management journals and leading textbook publishers. He also serves on the board of fast growing start-ups in Africa across different industries.
Dr Genevieve Bosah is an academic, a strategic communications consultant and a writer. She has worked with media institutions, governments and NGOs and has consulted for International development projects sponsored by USAID and DFID amongst others. She has worked in management and communications consulting, successfully delivering solutions to complex communications needs for individuals, small businesses and multinational companies. She is interested in developing and implementing communication strategies and how communication intersects with theories of participation and social change. She is also interested in the intersections with digital media, big data and how these can be effectively utilised in understanding influence, stakeholder relations and business/programme development.
