We are pleased to introduce you to our flagship event called the Africa Social Innovators Roundtable. The first roundtable holds on the 20th of June, 2020 12pm BST and is themed ‘The changing landscape of Social Innovation in Africa’. Our roundtables provide opportunities to connect members of our network to leading minds in key thematic areas engaging on topical issues that affect members of our network. The effect is often enriching discourse, with engagements between our experts and network members. At this maiden event, we will be joined by:
Tolulope Babajide – Partnership and Innovation Expert (Facilitator)
With over ten years’ experience spanning Journalism, Advertising and Development, Tolulope has an in-depth knowledge of high-level multi-sector partnerships; public private partnerships; governmental relations; policy relations and fund- sourcing and raising. She is currently the Partnerships and Engagement Executive at Aspire Coronation Trust (ACT) Foundation where she spearheads the extensive partnership portfolio.
Adeyinka Adewale, PhD – Academic and CEO Thrace Advisory
Adeyinka is a management scholar, international speaker, coach and training consultant. He is currently the Deputy Director of Studies in the department of Leadership Organisations and Behaviour at the Henley Business School, United Kingdom. Adeyinka regularly gives talks and facilitates seminars on themes around leadership, entrepreneurship and business ethics with private and public sector audiences globally. He is the CEO of Thrace Advisory and also serves on the board of fast growing start-ups in Africa.

Dewunmi Alugbin – Partnership Lead Tolu Elumelu Foundation
Dewunmi is a Development Practitioner and Strategic Partnerships Manager with proven International Civil Service, Philanthropic, Governmental & Community Relations experience spanning almost 10 years. She currently manages Partnerships at the Tony Elumelu Foundation. She works with Development Organisations & Finance Institutions, Multilateral Organisations, and the Public & Private Sector to promote and support an enabling environment for entrepreneurship in Africa through a concept she calls collaborative philanthropy.

Hauwa Ojeifo – Founder, She Writes Woman
She is the Executive Director at She Writes Woman (SWW); an award-winning movement that gives mental health and sexual violence a voice in Nigeria by taking back the existing misinformed narrative and normalising mental health conversations in Nigeria. Hauwa is a recipient of the prestigious Queen’s Young Leaders award. She was also shortlisted as one of the Top 100 Most Inspiring Nigerian Women 2018 and is the only African to bag the MTV Europe Music Generation Change Award. In 2019, she was also honoured as an Obama Africa Leader.
